The contract, in plain language.

Helix is provided by Helix Engineering. By creating a workspace you agree to these terms. If you use Helix for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.

The product

Helix indexes GitHub merge history you point it at, builds an Engineering Graph, and offers Graph, Pulse, Ask Helix, Helix Review, and a public API under the plan you pay for. Features marked planned on the marketing site are not part of the current service.

Your responsibilities

You need the right to index the repositories you connect and to grant any GitHub token you save. Do not use Helix to probe repositories you do not control. Plan limits on saved repos, pull requests per index, Ask, reviews, and API calls are enforced.

Billing

Explorer is free. Team and Scale are monthly subscriptions billed by Stripe. You can change or cancel in Settings. Downgrades take effect at the end of the paid period Stripe reports. Chargebacks for seats or workspaces we do not sell are not a reason to withhold payment for the product as documented.

No warranty

Helix Review is evidence from merge history, not a guarantee a change is safe. Ask Helix can be wrong. You remain responsible for shipping decisions. The service is provided as is.
